Woodland Chamber of Commerce Annual Celebration
The Chamber Installation Banquet is getting some new features this year to celebrate business! This year, there will be some new opportunities for businesses, like yours, to advertise! The Executive Board has selected “Celebrating Business” as a theme to celebrate all of our members big and small to all our attendees.
In years past, we had asked businesses to provide table settings for 8 and one centerpiece. We are changing the concept up with asking for centerpieces, at large, that will be raffled off at the end of the event. Do you need help or ideas on a centerpiece to raffle off or want it made for you? We are here to provide you with assistance. You provide a budget and parameters and we will gladly create an amazing centerpiece that will be sponsored by you and raffled off! We can fit all budgets for any business member.
This year, we want all the attendees to know how fabulous our business community is and will create swag bags for every attendee. Each bag will include items from our businesses that promote their name, and we hope that it creates even more business networking opportunities for you. We will be asking businesses for items for these bags (approximately 150 bags will be available). You can include company swag/marketing materials, business cards, whether it range from a business pen with your logo to water bottles or candy, whatever works for you. We can help you with this too! If you don’t have business merchandise, we can assist you in creating something for you- whether it is pre-purchased items with a sticker/business card attached with your contact or ordering something unique, we are here to make this a valuable experience to promote your business!
Lastly, this year we are providing an even bigger opportunity to promote your business through event sponsorship. This is new this year and we hope this will be a successful endeavor as some businesses/entities are limited to how they advertise and promote themselves. We have created four levels of sponsorship: carnival games, silver, gold and platinum. Below is a listing of the benefits each of the sponsorships have to offer. However, these are limited. They require payment to be made at time of sponsorship commitment.
Sponsorship of Carnival Games $250
You will receive a placard at the individual carnival games and prizes can be supplied by the business (or your own swag if you desire) or we can purchase items for you such as little trinkets or candy, something fun! This is first come first serve and you may pick which event you would like to sponsor. We will include two individuals to assist with the games, if reserved/paid one month prior, table and game. Businesses may use their own banner if they would like.

General Celebration Event Sponsorship- Businesses may sponsor the whole event at different sponsorship levels with specified benefits as listed. Each level has different benefits.
Platinum Sponsor $3,000
· Top Advertising of Event on all advertising, website, and have annual Gold Star Membership purchased for the 2020 year.
· Table, website and banner advertising
· 8 seats (full table) at event with reserved seating
· Recognition at the event
· 1 night stay at Heathman Lodge for evening of banquet for table
· This is limited to two sponsors
Gold Sponsor $1,000
· Advertising to include table, website and banner at event.
· 4 at-large seats at event
· Recognition at the event.
· This is limited to four sponsors
Silver Sponsor $500
· Advertising to include table and website (no banner)
· 2 at-large seats
· Recognition at the event.
· This is limited to 6 sponsors.
